Each of our designs is 140 cms wide, the wallpaper rolls come as 70 cms wide, which means you need 2 rolls to complete the full repeat. We call this an A and a B roll.
So you need to calculate and order enough A and B rolls to cover your walls. For example, if your wall is 280 cms wide, you would need 4 rolls to cover the width
A + B + A + B
If your wall is 210 cms wide, you would need 3 rolls to cover the width
A + B + A
All of our designs are a straight pattern match, which means you can line up the roll directly next to each other, or side by side.
The vertical repeat is 102 cms on all our designs.
Rolls are 10m in length.
As your order will be printed to order, please make sure you consult a decorator before calculating your quantities and ensure you have accurately measured your wall. We cannot accept returns of over ordered rolls. We do not hold stocks of wallpaper and if you have not ordered enough, we would then have to order additional rolls for you and it is beyond our control as to whether these would be printed from the same batch or not. Once your order has been paid for, it goes into production and we cannot change/cancel or refund this.
We cannot offer a refund for your wallpaper unless it is faulty. If you have opened a roll and discovered there is a fault, please contact us and we will organise a free return and inspect the wallpaper. If there is a fault, this will be reordered for you free of charge.
As with all wallpapers the colour of your wallpaper may differ slightly from the sample you have ordered. This is completely normal, but in no way will this compromise the beauty of the design. Our printers are amongst the very best in the world, printing for the most prestigious design brands, as well as small designers.
Please note, your order is dispatched directly from our printers, therefore it will not appear in our branded packaging. Our normal delivery lead time is 10-15 working days.
Our luxury papers are non-woven ‘paste the wall’ for ease of application, trimmed butt join finish. Our wallpapers are wipeable and are therefore suitable for use in bathrooms and kitchens which are well ventilated. In an area where the wallpaper may come into contact with water, such as behind a splashback, we would recommend varnishing with a good varnish, such as POLYVINE decorators' varnish (clear dead-flat). However, you should test before application. A common sense approach should be taken regarding how wet the area is, as the product is not waterproof!
Inks
Our printer uses environmentally friendly, colourfast, water based inks, which are free from Cadmium, Chromium, Mercury, Lead (tested to >0.2ppm) or Formaldehyde. They also have an anti-scratch agent which provides a high level of scratch resistance, therefore our wallpapers can be used in high traffic areas.
All papers are sustainably sourced

HANGING INSTRUCTIONS
We advise that a professional be used when hanging non-woven wallpaper. The instructions can be found below:
Preparation
Walls should be dry, clean, and even.
Remove any old wallpaper and loose paint.
Roughen painted surfaces with sandpaper.
For best results, walls should be cross lined using a good quality lining paper. Sizing the lining paper will aid adhesion. Lining should be allowed to dry out completely before hanging the wall covering.
PASTING AND HANGING YOUR NON-WOVEN WALL COVERINGS
This is a paste the wall product. The decorator should paste the wall and not the back of the wall covering.
A good quality, solvent free, fungicide protected ready-mixed ‘tub’ adhesive – specifically for paste the wall non-woven papers should be used.
Paste should be evenly applied to the wall to hang one length at a time, to an area slightly wider than width of the paper.
Butt joints and use a decorator’s brush to smooth down the wall covering, working from the centre to the edges to express air bubbles.
Avoid squeezing paste out of the joints and ensure paste does not get onto the brush or roller.
No paste should be allowed to come into contact with the surface and hands should be kept clean and dry whilst hanging the wall covering.
Paste will damage the surface. The company cannot accept responsibility for marks or damage caused by paste.
Should any paste have been allowed to come into contact with the surface, it should be lightly sponged whilst still moist, using a clean damp sponge.
This information has been supplied in good faith, but without guarantee. Site conditions are beyond our control. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the environment is suitable for the wall covering.
