Shipping

All items except for the wallpaper rolls are packed and dispatched carefully by ourselves, we currently use Royal Mail for deliveries. Wallpaper rolls are packed and dispatched directly from our wallpaper printing company in Lancashire, England. They use a variety of courier companies for dispatch.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive their delivery. Where no one can be present and a 'safe-place' is designated, it is entirely the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that this is a genuinely 'safe-place'. We, Salon Libertine West, cannot be held responsible for any thefts of items from a designated 'safe-place'.

We send all items tracked, where an item fails to arrive, please notify us as soon as possible and we can take up a search with the delivery company.

Returns and refunds

As a smalll business we cannot accept returns unless the item you have received is faulty, or damaged in transit. If the item arrives damaged, please do take photos of the parcel immediately and send these to us, so that we can investigate this with the delivery company.

In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, please provide photos as soon as you discover the fault and we will then replace the item free of charge.

Regarding wallpapers, you are responsible for checking and confirming that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements and specifications including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features, access and delivery. We cannot be held responsible for the wallpaper being unsuitable for your intended location. PLEASE CONSULT OUR WALLPAPER FAQ sheet before placing your order. You order is printed bespoke for you, so we cannot accept returns unless your item is faulty, or has arrived damaged.
